Submitting a form or booking a call on this website does not constitute a binding service agreement. It initiates a conversation to evaluate fit.

2. AI Demo Services

By requesting a free AI demo through our website, you consent to receive an automated voice call from our AI assistant, Valerie, powered by Retell AI. This call is a demonstration of AI voice technology and does not constitute a service engagement or commitment by either party.

Demo calls may be recorded for quality and development purposes. By requesting a demo, you consent to this recording.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any Intellovant form, you agree to receive text messages from Intellovant LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive services.

We do not use SMS for spam or unsolicited marketing. Messages are sent only to individuals who have provided explicit consent.

4. Acceptable Use

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information in any form submission
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with the operation of our website or services
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any proprietary tools or systems we demonstrate

Our services rely on third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, Retell AI, Twilio, and Netlify. Your use of these platforms through our services is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any service engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intellovant LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
